Food: A smorgasbord

I like being up to my knuckles in offal. The feel of fish guts between my fingers. Pastry beneath my nails. So I get a kick in digging up old recipes and stumbling across new ones. Buying fantastically fresh food from local markets. Cooking with, and pairing to, wine and beer.

So I'm setting out to stretch myself with several foodie projects that I've been mulling over for ages

Make really top-quality chocolates. Design a pig offal sharing platter. Pick a pairing from The Food Thesaurus every month and experiment with it.
